(1) Program Coordinator - FT
The Program Coordinator plans and coordinates all organization programs. Additionally, the PC coordinates fundraising activities, budgets and community outreach efforts. The PC also develops event calendars, and implements programs that align with organizations mission, vision and goals. This person ensures that program objectives are met and evaluates programs for optimal results. Utilizing a client relationship management (CRM) system the PC organizes information and facilitates outreach communication. He / she works with the Resource Connection Specialist, Creative Counselor, Program Assistant and Therapist Work to monitor program outcomes. The Program Coordinator also works with community partners and production team on special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 5+ years experience, Valid Drivers License, Bi-lingual a plus, and COVID-19 vaccinated. Reports to Executive Director / CEO.
(1) Resource Connection Specialist - FT
The Resource Connection Specialist supports the mission of LVPMM by partnering with other organizations to a develop a resource databank that provides a comprehensive system of service delivery. The RCS is the bridge that connects clients in need to organizations that provide the services. The primary responsibility of the RC is to provide client with information and referrals. The RC coordinates the service for the client, link client to service provider, ensures that the referring agency provides services and follow through with client for end results. The RC is the bridge that connects clients to resources, opportunities and advocacy.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 3-5 years experience, Valid Drivers License, Bi-Lingual a plus and COVID-19 vaccinated. Report to the Executive Director / CEO.
(1) Program / Production Assistant - FT
The Program Production Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for programs, projects and media initiatives. The PPA assists the administrative team with all aspects of media production and program implementation. This role is the glue that binds the teams. The PPA works directly with the administrative team to ensure that all departments are equipped to operate optimally. Additionally the PPA is also responsible for performing general office tasks such as answering phones, maintaining records, data entry, research, scheduling travel, coordinating logistical issues for executives, coordinating talent and crew management.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 2-4 years experience, Valid Drivers License, Bi-Lingual a plus and COVID-19 vaccinated. Reports to Executive Director / CEO.
(1) Creative Counselor - PT
The Creative Counselor works in conjunction with the Program Coordinator and is responsible for helping to establish a creative safe space for teen girls. The Creative Counselor implements a curriculum that provides creative pathways using various forms of art and digital media content. Additionally, CC creates unique activities to engage teen girls who may have come from families of addiction, emerging from foster care, shelters, dysfunctional homes, etc. The goal of the CC is create an environment where young girls feel comfortable to be themselves, share their stories and develop positive coping mechanisms. Participants in this group participate in group therapy, yoga and meditation.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 5+ years working with teen girls, flexible schedule, ability to work on Saturdays, specific experience in Art Therapy
(2) Crew Members - PT
Crew Members are key team members who assist with logistics including audio, lighting, staging, and/or video to increase the quality of production and overall crew efficiency. These members provide operational functions before, during, and after productions. Crew Members interact directly with talent, the public, guests, clients, crew, cast, vendors, affiliates and the like. Additionally, they act as points of contact during productions for their assigned role on set. Crew Member are assigned positions based on production need, skill, ability, interest and experience. Crew Members start as interns, but they qualify for permanent crew positions as determined by production management.
Basic Requirements: Over 21, Valid Drivers License, Student, Recent Grad, Ability to lift 25 pounds, Flexible Schedule, Computer literate, Some media experience. Reports to Program Production Assistant
Contract Therapist - PT
The Contract Therapist works with the program staff of the teen girl and young adult programs to create a safe supportive therapeutic environment that fosters positive self-expression, provides therapeutic strategies, and resilience training. The CT provides weekly group sessions, individual sessions and works with the Creative Counselor and Program Coordinator to implement therapeutic aspect of program curriculum. The CT maintains a small weekly caseload, provides monthly reports, understands the importance of mental health, vulnerability of population, importance of therapy, counseling and confidential nature of work. The CT is also required to attend weekly staff meetings as an integral part of the therapeutic service delivery team.
Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or Related Field, 7-10 years experience working with teen girls, Flexible Schedule, Ability to see clients on Saturday, Valid Drivers License, COVID-19 vaccinated. Reports to Executive Director / CEO.
